    A low impact, hip hop inspired dance cardio to boost your energy and tone your muscles. Let’s Pop off! (Props: Light weights 1-3lbs)

    Episode 6

    A core focused sequence to stabilize your foundation. Let’s go in! BONUS: top it off with a 20 min walk outside (Props: Mat)
