We have curated a special schedule that targets a particular body part each day in order to maximize your Strength + Mobility. While we emphasize a different body part each day, we always work the full body for optimal results. Props are encouraged but never required.

DAY 1 - GLIDER STRENGTH WITH ALEXIS FISCHER
Episode 1
This workout will increase mobility + target small, intricate muscles for a total body burn. Be sure to move slow when instructed!
Props: 2 gliders + medium weights

This is a full body workout with specific movements designed to increase your range of motion, flexibility, and mobility.

DAY 4 - CARDIO STAMINA WITH LAUREN CANNON
Episode 4
This class will challenge your endurance while strengthening your full body. We will be doing combination movements alongside cardio movements. Each round will increase in time to help us build our cardio strength. Modifications are always encouraged. Class can be done in sneakers or barefoot.
