Day 7: This class is a culmination of every previous class. It is aimed to feel like one fluid dance sequence,. expanding on your artistry and taking ownership of your own work, we focus on relying on ourselves rather than following Anna.

BALLET DAY 6 WITH ANNA COLLINS
Day 6: This class should feel like a continuation of all the previous classes with almost no breaks in between exercises. Day 6 is a review of all the exercises you have learned throughout the ballet program preparing for the final installment.

BALLET DAY 5 WITH ANNA COLLINS
Day 5: Challenging you further, it is time to combine everything you have learned; balance, strength, coordination, flow, breath, musicality, and artistry. Adding a couple new exercises into the mix for further strength training.

Day 4: Flowing through the previous sequences we expand on our choreography. With minimal breaks this class challenges your ability to maintain stamina while holding onto the fundamental techniques learned in the previous class.
