New classes drop on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. In addition to this we highly recommend adding our Stretch + Recover or Meditations to your weekly practice for a well-rounded Mind+Body practice. After all, the goal of Pilates is to activate the Mind+Body connection. Here we offer Pilates, Sculpt, HIIT, Cardio, and SO MUCH MORE to challenge and grow your practice. In addition to these classes we have HUNDREDS of hours of content organized by teacher, class type, body focus, or length.
