New classes drop on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. In addition to this we highly recommend adding our Stretch + Recover or Meditations to your weekly practice for a well-rounded Mind+Body practice. After all, the goal of Pilates is to activate the Mind+Body connection. Here we offer Pilates, Sculpt, HIIT, Cardio, and SO MUCH MORE to challenge and grow your practice. In addition to these classes we have HUNDREDS of hours of content organized by teacher, class type, body focus, or length.

The weekly classes posted here will remain on this page until the end of the month. After that they will be archived by teacher, class type/body focus, and length.

  • FRIDAY 6/24 - 30 MIN. STRENGTH & DEEP STRETCH

    Join Anna for this full body strength & deep stretch flow. Move with intention and purpose. Published on 6/24/22.

  • WEDNESDAY 6/22 - 30 MIN. DANCE CARDIO

    Work up a sweat while dancing it out. No dance experience necessary. The goal of these movements is to achieve a fun cardio burn. Light weights suggested but not required. Published on 6/22/22.

  • MONDAY 6/20 - 30. MIN REFORMER ON THE MAT

    Learn to fire up the tiny muscles you should be engaging when working on the Reformer. With the added resistance of Bala weights, this Pilates flow engages those muscles you feel while working on a Reformer. Published on 6/20/22.

  • FRIDAY 6/17 - 30 MIN. PILATES STRETCH

    BREATHE and stretch all the tightness and crunchies out of your body with this low impact flow. No equipment necessary. Published on 6/17/22.

  • WEDNESDAY 6/15 - 30 MIN. UPPER BODY SCULPT

    Sculpt long, lean, strong arms with this Upper Body Sculpt. Lauren takes you through a spicy burn using light weights and Bala bangles for added resistance. Props are always optional. Published on 6/15/22.

  • MONDAY 6/13 - 30 MIN. FULL BODY FLOW

    This Full Body Flow with Katrina will take you through a mat only sequence (no standing). The goal is to sculpt long and lean muscles. Light weights suggested but not required. Published on 6/13/22.

  • FRIDAY 6/10 - 30 MIN. CARDIO

    Good old fashion CARDIO. Expect to get that heart rate up and sweat! No equipment necessary. Published on 6/10/22.
