Stay stronger and healthier through every stage of your pregnancy. My prenatal program was designed and developed in real time, month by month during my entire pregnancy. I combined pilates, low impact strength training, low impact cardio, pelvic floor health, breath work, sound healing and meditation to balance my mind and body.
